STRENGTHFREAKZ is about all things relative to strength. It started out as TRAINORDIE.COM where people understood what I’m all about. A message board came from that and then it became METALRAGE. Where it all about lifters who live and breathe what they do…powerlifting. The site did very well and it flourish beyond TRAINORDIE and METALRAGE FORUMS. It then needed to be about not just me, but about people who had the “trainordie” mentality installed in them. Steve Birdsong, Phil Duke Jr., Will Irby, Matt Christie, Jon Elick, Josh White, Dave Park, Jeremy Beidelshies, Rob Thompson, Jason Beck, Chris Malouff, Chris Mehmel, Thomas Kemble, Jeff Fiss, Adam Hicks, Nate Young and Gavin Westenburger help create PLANETRAGE. The stuff they put out you can still read here on strengthfreakz.com. Then after about a year and half i decided to take the site/forum to blog based forum where update on bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman would be posted as well as writers posting up articles(coming soon!). This is where STRENGTHFREAKZ became a reality. Enjoy.
